Will it work on my phone?
On iPhone: Settings → General → About, and scroll to EID. If there is an EID, your phone takes eSIMs. Every iPhone from the XS (2018) onwards does.
On Android: Settings → About phone → Status, and look for EID. If there is an EID, your phone takes eSIMs. Most Galaxy S20, Pixel 3 and later do.
It also has to be carrier-unlocked. If you bought it outright or your contract is over, it almost certainly is.

With two countries, two country eSIMs of 10 GB already cost more than one Europe eSIM of 10 GB, and you would have to install and switch between them.
What "Europe" covers and what it does not
The Snoozim Europe eSIM works in 33 European countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway among them. Andorra is not included: it has its own plans. Microstates and non-European territories vary, so check the list on the Europe page if your route is unusual.
EU roaming: do you even need an eSIM?
If your phone plan is from an EU country, EU roaming already lets you use your data across the EU at home prices, often with a fair-use cap. An eSIM is worth it when that cap is too small for the trip, when your route includes the UK or Switzerland, or when your plan is from outside the EU and you would pay roaming.
Tips for a multi-country trip
- Install the eSIM at home over Wi-Fi and leave it switched off until you land.
- Turn on data roaming for the eSIM line: crossing borders counts as roaming for the phone even when the plan includes it.
- Set your own line to not use mobile data, so it does not roam by accident.
- Top up if you run low instead of buying a new eSIM: the data lands on the same profile.
Does a Europe eSIM work in the UK and Switzerland?
The Snoozim Europe eSIM does: the UK, Switzerland and Norway are among its 33 countries. That is not true of every "Europe" plan, so always check the list.
When does the validity start?
When your phone first connects to a network in a covered country, not when you buy or install it.
Can I top up the same eSIM?
