1. Who we are

Snoozim is a prepaid travel eSIM shop operating from Spain. For anything at all, write to info@snoozim.com and a human answers.

2. What we sell

Prepaid eSIM data plans for use in the countries listed on each pack. Plans are data-only: no calls, no SMS, no phone number. Connectivity is provided through third-party mobile network operators.

3. Compatibility

You are responsible for checking that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before buying. We publish installation instructions but cannot guarantee installation on every device.

4. Validity

Each pack has a data allowance and a validity period that starts when the eSIM first connects to a network, unless the pack states otherwise. Unused data is not refunded or carried over.

5. Acceptable use

No resale, no use in ways that violate the law or the network operator's terms. We may suspend service in case of abuse.

6. Liability

Mobile coverage and speed depend on local operators and are not guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the pack, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Law

Spanish law applies. Consumers in the EU keep the rights granted by their local consumer law. If something cannot be settled with us directly, you can go to the consumer arbitration board of your region (in Spain, the Junta Arbitral de Consumo) or to the courts where you live. The European ODR platform is no longer an option: it was shut down on 20 July 2025.
