Will it work on my phone?
On iPhone: Settings → General → About, and scroll to EID. If there is an EID, your phone takes eSIMs. Every iPhone from the XS (2018) onwards does.
On Android: Settings → About phone → Status, and look for EID. If there is an EID, your phone takes eSIMs. Most Galaxy S20, Pixel 3 and later do.
It also has to be carrier-unlocked. If you bought it outright or your contract is over, it almost certainly is.

Does EU roaming work in Andorra?
No. Andorra belongs to neither the EU nor the European Economic Area, so the EU roaming regulation does not cover it. It makes no difference that your plan says "data across Europe": Andorra sits outside and is billed separately.
Which network will I be on in Andorra?
Mobiland, Andorra Telecom's mobile network and the only one in the country, with 5G coverage. There is no operator to choose here: every visitor and every resident is on the same network.
I am only going for a day. What makes sense?
The 1 GB day pack is €4.90, roughly half a typical operator day pass. For a weekend the 1 GB pack with 7 days of validity at €6.90 works out better, because a day pass is charged for every day it is active.
Is 1 GB enough for a day in Andorra?
For maps, messaging and some social media, comfortably: normal travel use is around 300 MB a day. If you plan to watch video or tether a laptop, run the calculator first.
