What we collect

• Email address — to deliver the eSIM and the usage link. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Order and eSIM identifiers (ICCID, activation code, data usage) — to provide and support the service. Retained for as long as required by tax law (currently 4 years in Spain for invoices).
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• IP address and technical logs — kept up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Mobile app — the Snoozim app works without an account. It creates a random identifier on your phone, kept in the phone's secure storage, so it can list the eSIMs you add to it; we store only a hash of that identifier, together with the platform (iOS or Android), the app language and version, and which eSIMs are linked to it. When you buy in the app we also receive the email you type for the QR. The app contains no advertising or tracking tools. If you allow notifications, we also keep the push address your phone's system gives the app, used only to tell you when an eSIM is running low on data; notifications are delivered through Expo and the Google (Firebase) or Apple push service, and turning them off in your phone's settings stops them. You can delete all of this at any time from the app itself: Profile → Forget this phone. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• App account (optional) — if you create an account in the app we keep your email, the name you give us (optional), your password stored only as a one-way hash that nobody can read, your preferred language, when you signed up and last logged in, and a record of each eSIM's data usage (at most one reading per hour) to show you your history. Your eSIMs bought with that email are only shown after you confirm the email with a code. Delete the account at any time from the app: Profile → Delete account. The account and its history are erased at once; orders and invoices are kept as the law requires. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Who receives data

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and the mobile network partner that issues the eSIM. Some partners may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Orders and invoices: 4 years, as Spanish tax law requires. eSIM identifiers and usage: deleted 12 months after the eSIM expires. Security logs: 30 days. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

Cookies

One functional cookie remembers your language. Advertising measurement is optional and only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner; the details are in the Cookie Policy. The mobile app uses no cookies.

Deleting your account

Delete it from the app (Profile → Delete account) or follow the steps on this page.

Deleting your data

Write to info@snoozim.com from the address you used to buy. We erase what is not legally required within 30 days and confirm by email. Invoices are kept until the tax period ends.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: write to info@snoozim.com. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
