Delete your Snoozim account

This page explains how to delete your Snoozim account and the data attached to it. Snoozim is the prepaid travel eSIM shop at snoozim.com and the Snoozim app for Android and iPhone.

From the app

1. Open the Snoozim app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is erased straight away. No email, no waiting.

Without installing the app

Write to info@snoozim.com from the email address of the account and ask us to delete it. We erase everything that is not legally required within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account email and the name you gave us.
• Your password (kept only as a one-way hash).
• Your language, the date you signed up and the date you last logged in.
• The data-usage history of your eSIMs.

The app itself also lets you erase what it knows about your phone without an account: Profile → Forget this phone.

What we keep, and for how long

• Orders and invoices: 4 years. Spanish tax law requires it; we cannot delete them earlier.
• eSIM identifiers and usage records: deleted 12 months after the eSIM expires.
• Security logs: 30 days.

Your eSIMs

Deleting the account does not switch off eSIMs you already bought: they keep working until their data or their validity runs out. The QR code and the activation code stay in the email we sent you.
