Never land without internet
Snoozim Travel is a free Chrome extension. When you are about to pay for a flight, train or hotel, it tells you if roaming will cost you at your destination and shows a data eSIM for that country.
Coming soon to the Chrome Web Store
How it works
- You book a trip on a travel site as usual.
- On the payment page it recognises the destination, for example Rome or Zurich.
- A small card in the corner shows whether your destination is outside EU roaming and a data eSIM from 3,99 €. Close it or silence it on that site with one click.
It stays out of the way: only on booking and payment pages, only for destinations Snoozim covers, at most once every three days per destination, and it never covers or changes the travel site.
Privacy policy of the extension
Snoozim Travel works entirely inside your browser. It makes no network requests of its own and has no analytics or tracking.
To recognise the destination it reads the address (URL) and the headings of booking pages on a fixed list of travel sites. It never reads form fields: no names, passport details, email addresses or card numbers.
It stores only three things, and only in your browser (chrome.storage.local): whether you switched it off, the sites where you silenced it, and when it last showed each destination so it does not repeat. Removing the extension deletes them.
Nothing is sent to Snoozim or to anyone else, sold or shared. If you click the card, you open snoozim.com like any other link, with a campaign tag in the address (utm_source=chrome-extension) and the travel site's domain, so we know the visit came from the extension.
